YOGA Is a combination of yin and yang yoga techniques specifically designed to help any type of athletes reach their highest potential
Yang yoga is a series of poses that emphasizes building strength and stretching muscles. Yin yoga focuses on stretching and opening connective tissue, including ligaments, tendons, and facia. During Pronoia Mobility class student’s will be lead through a few muscular stretches and then focus mainly on opening the connective tissue. This practice will increase the range of motion, aid in muscle recovery, promote relaxation and overall body awareness.
