METCON – Cardio conditioning featuring some strength movements, so it’s both anaerobic and aerobic exercises.
WOD FIT – Functional Fitness covering most muscle groups with Cardio conditioning integrated in “CrossFit fashion”
HYROX STRENTGH / CARDIO – A type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate followed by lower body strength movements.
BARBELL – Weightlifting moves using barbells, competition bumper plates to perform the moves
RUN – AQUA HIIT – A cardio-based workout with community fun featuring basics of running, swimming, and functional movements.
FST– Functional strength training, working on multiple muscle groups and exercises that improve balance and coordination
