OUR CLASSES

Combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises.

 

Classes:

 

  • METCON – Cardio conditioning featuring some strength movements, so it’s both anaerobic and aerobic exercises.
  • WOD FIT – Functional Fitness covering most muscle groups with Cardio conditioning integrated in “CrossFit
    fashion”
  • HYROX STRENTGH / CARDIO – A type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate followed by lower body strength movements.
  • BARBELL – Weightlifting moves using barbells,  competition bumper plates to perform the moves 
  • RUN – AQUA HIIT – A cardio-based workout with community fun featuring basics of running, swimming, and functional movements.
  • FST– Functional strength training, working on multiple muscle groups and exercises that improve balance and  coordination
